The first image is at the umbilical insertion. The cyst is right under the abdominal wall. The bladder is much more posterior labeled B in the second image. The other cystic structures are between the cyst at the umbilical insertion and the Bladder. I don't think ovarian cysts can be between the umbilical arteries, at least not so far anterior. While we gave ovarian cysts as a differential, we really don't think they are, but we are not aware of septations in urachal cysts. Thanks.
