Terry, The first image looks like the urinary bladder having the two arteries on either side with a mass, or bowel posterior to it. Could be ovarian mass? Urachus it usually superior to bladder more adjacent to the anterior abdominal wall. Suzy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
