I agree with Suzy, this does not impress me as a mass. I do think the ventricles looks slightly enlarged. I believe you mentioned 12mm? I work at a few locations, and I always appreciate when there is another sonographer available to bring in for another opinion when something doesn't look quite right. This method takes a little more time and effort, but where else can you get such an audience for opinions?? Patty
