Janet, Diana I have just finished looking at your images Janet.....and I think your are right....that it is the thalamus obliqued mimicking a mass. This head appears normal, including the ventricles which I do not consider enlarged. I think if this were a real mass, other structures would be affected in other planes. This does not look like a bleed. Suzy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
