Janet: Those ventricles look very prominent to me. Did you say this was 25 weeks? That really does appear to be a mass, and right in the choroid plexus. I would defer to Suzy to ask if it was a bleed. Suzy has a great deal of experience with neonatal heads and a registry in that, too. It looks very organized with smooth borders, so I wonder. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
