Re: AIUM-BostonFrom: Terry J. DuBose (tjdubose@juno.com)Sun Mar 8 21:09:56 1998
There are now have 16 of us who have indicated a desire to meet face-to-face at the AIUM in Boston. However, we still have not come up with a place or time. For the interim, I am going to suggest that we gather at the Siemen's boot (our sponsor) in the Exhibition Hall during the opening luncheon on Monday. I have the schedule at my office, and will give a specific time later. If we appear in the way at the Siemen's booth (don't want to be a nuisance) we can decide to move. In this event we will leave a message with the Siemen's staff about where and when we are going to be. If anyone knows the area we are meeting in well, and wants to suggest a bar or other location, please speak up. We will not (can not) reserve a room for a formal meeting because we have not asked for official affiliation with the AIUM. This is something that we may or may not want to consider in the future, depending whether or not we decide if we like each other. ;-)
I am looking forward to seeing you. If you are lurking on this list,
will be in Boston, want to meet with us, and have not added your name to
this list, please do so. All are welcome.
Peace, Terry J. Dubose

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
