Dear Sir, I ve a very similar case. This lady is 30 yrs old with abnormal thrombphilia profile(Protein S deficiency and Factor V Leiden).She is 15 wks pregnant with large placental lake of 9 cc volume - about 30% of placental volume.She is on prophylactic dose of heparin.She has painless uterine contractions seen by usg every time.Pl advise.
