Dear Sir, I ve a very similar case. This lady is 30 yrs old with abnormal thrombphilia profile(Protein S deficiency and Factor V Leiden).She is 15 wks pregnant with large placental lake of 9 cc volume - about 30% of placental volume.She is on prophylactic dose of heparin.She has painless uterine contractions seen by usg every time.Pl advise. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
