hello! I have a patient at 34 weeks gestation, with a female fetus that has an abdominal round mass. One month ago (first time seen by me) it was anechogenic and about 50 mm; after 2 weeks it was already 62mm, and now (other 2 weeks) 71mm and heterogenous. It is also associated with polyhydramnios (Phellan index 250). Questions: - is there a way to differentiate between ovarian and mesenteric cysts? (i.e., size, changing aspect, polyhydramnios, etc) - what are the factors deciding the delivery? Thank you,

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
