You are correct and I apologize for not respecting your time and email.

What is your practice setting? What is your location?

Do you routinely check or expect your sonographers to check the cervix in the second trimester? Nuchal lucency from 11 to 14 weeks?

Jim: It is a side conversation that should be taken to a nonultrasound forum.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
