Very interesting case. Does this have the flow pattern of a very vascular uterus? Mole is avascular but fed well. Is ther a mole present I do not see? History of two previous moles is evocative - could there be a coreocarcinoma? IMHO, we need HCG NOW and follow-up (CXR or CT if hi), hx of her QHCGs in the past, previous sonograms of this uterus and previous path reports rather than guess work.
