I agree with this position. I have seen this honeycombed myometrium in pregnancy. I do not know what it is but my guess is that this pregnancy will be normal. I hope we do get follow-up when the pregnancy ends, one way or the other.

because there are changes on both sides of uterus, right and left, and placenta is posterior, an invasive mole is unlikely.

could be structural changes in myometrium due to pregnancy.

a clip with doppler and other views, to see its extend will help.
