Where did you get your clinical experience in OB/GYN sonography? That is where you are supposed to have the CV completed. Terry J. As per ARDMS requirement, i need to get one clinical verification form signed by an ARDMS-registered sonographer. I went to some local hospitals but they don't allow me to contact any patient due to hospital rules and regulations. My dead line for exam form is going to expire soon. So could some one please help me out ASAP. I'll really appreciate it. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
