Happy New Year to all.

Barbara's message made me want to look back over this forum. This November 17th will be the 10th anniversary of the Ultrasound@OBGYN.net forum. I have copied that first message below.

It has been a good 10 years, though things are slower now than they were back when the Internet and Web were new and exciting.

Thanks for all of your participation... and my best wishes for a good year.

Gee that went out like a light and I have no idea WHY!

So back to where I was before this email took on a life of its own

and flew out into cyber-space.

Dear Friends of OBGYN.net,

It's that time of year again! I feel like all of you when I say

"Where did the year go"? Well obviously

OK , I'm back where I started again.

I for one have personally had a very good year and I await 2007 with

an open mind and hopefully an open heart. At this point in life if

one does not enjoy each day one has not learned much along the path

called Life.

I have my son Kevin and his wife and the 2 year old grand daughter

staying with me the past few days and this morning Santa Claus

arrived in My Living Room after an absence of at least 20

years......... what a wonderful and joyful time it was. Giving

gifts and not needing my name attached to them is the spirit of

Christmas that I had not had for a long time. It is not a lot of fun

buying for full grown folks that have pretty much what they already

want already. But having a small child with her eyes full of

amazement and happiness standing there was the greatest gift I have

received in Many Years.

I do hope and pray that you and your families have Happy Holiday time

together. I can never thank you enough for your devotion to

OBGYN.net and your continued support of me when I call on you for advice.

Warmly,

Barbara

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
