Could somebody help me with the followings ? 1. What is the adult equivalent of the fetal portal sinus ? 2. Does the umbilcal vein drain into the left portal vein->ductus venosus & portal sinus->right portal vein OR Does the umbilcal vein drain into the portal sinus which in turn drain into the left and right portal veins

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
