hi friends recently i have acase of 28years old woman who had history of 9week amenorrhea and upt positive.she had a history of invasive vesicular mole for which she had taken chemothearaphy (four cycles of tab.methotrexate5mg tds for 5days each) her last cycle completed 6 month before since then her b hcg titer was normal for last six months. at present her usg shows 9month foetus with good heart beats but there is increase vascularity in myometrium at the site of placenta(by colour dopler)her b hcg titer is slight raised as expected at 9 weeks.friends what should i do to rule out possiblity of partialmole as early as possible. kindly guide me as this patient is my wife who is also doctor
