Re: Stuart Campbell Op-EdFrom: DoctorJoe@aol.comThu Oct 5 13:56:44 2006
In a message dated 10/5/2006 11:26:19 A.M. Central Standard Time, DuboseTerryJ@uams.edu writes: Unfortunately the Declaration of Independence is a historical document with no legal standing. And my reading of all of the 14th amendment to the Constitution, one must be born for the "...nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property" to apply. I think the U.S. Supreme Court would disagree with the first sentence, and almost ALL of the states would disagree with your last sentence. It's a VERY deep question that probably nobody really understands -- since they get their info from the Media. Joe P.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
