> The Roe v Wade issue was autonomy, which in our culture is more I always wonder about that. In the Declaration of Independence, the phrase is "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Life goes first, before liberty and before happiness. In the Constitution, the phrase is "life, liberty and property." Life goes first, again before liberty and also before property (I presume "property" is a surrogate for "pursuit of happiness," since you can't legislate "happiness" I guess). So I'd have to say that, at least "on paper," LIFE does NOT take a back seat to "autonomy" (= liberty?) in America. So where's the real argument? Joe P. "Trust no one, Mr. Mulder."

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
