Shelley, You have a point. Maybe he wanted an easy way out. ANd no mention about a lady (chaperone) assisting him, in the article. Why didnt the woman protest if they were alone, in the first place. Joe. India. http://drjoea.googlepages.com/

Maybe someone can help me with this...but I don't understand why he pleaded no contest instead of not guilty. My first thought is then that he really did assault her.

Anyone else have thoughts on this or am I out of line in asking?

Thanks, Shelley Ellerd Corpus Christi, TX DMS Student

A collogue sent an alert about this article. An unfortunate, cautionary article.

By David Hunt TRIBUNE-REVIEW Friday, June 9, 2006

A woman is suing a Beaver County man she claims sexually assaulted her with a medical device during an ultrasound procedure in 2004.

Take care. Terry
