Haider, I suggest going to your immigration office or check on-line immigration. Also, vascular background is a big plus as a traveling sonographer in the US. It seems every facilities in the US perform 30%-65% vascular (arterial/venous for lower/upper ext. and segmetal pressure). Good-luck~!
