Dear Bouthina,

We faxed the information you requested on our Intro to 3D/4D Ob-Gyn Course. If in any case you did not receive it, you can easily find a link to the program's information page from our website's home page at http://www.gcus.com. We need payment as soon as possible to reserve a seat for you as the course is becoming full quickly (course start date: March 13-14 2006). It would be impossible to reserve a seat for you if you want to pay upon arrival.

Best,

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
