My view--fetal morphometrics ( eg femus length) are correlates, usually established from retrospective data bases. Save short limb dystrophies I think long bone measurement to assess risk of aneuploidy borders on useless and further creates mega anxietry in everyone. I am not a diagnostic nihilist but I do believe that basing any decision on a single variable is fraught with error
