More prevalent and a less serious diagnosis is a fetus less mature than expected. The gyri (and hence the sulci, which are the folds of the cortex) RAPIDLY CHANGE in the third trimester. A 3-d of the fetal brain with appropriate controls may help. Beware of any call on this unless dates are solid. Jim

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
