I am a recent graduate. I read an article in the SDMS Journal that stated the demand for sonographers who specialized in breast sonography is radidly growing. I was not trained in this during my schooling. I did my clinical intership without ever having done a breast scan. I wanted to know how I would go about training exclusively for this certification. I would like to focus solely on this. I am in West Palm Beach, Florida. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
