You can publish it in the Fetus.Net (ask Dr. Jeanty) Your case is in accordance with our publication of "Sonographic demonstration of Struma ovarii" (published in the JUM)- when you see an ovarian cyst with echogenic structure suggestive of Dermoid, but with BLOOD FLOW in the center of the echogenic structure - Think of Struma ovarii!!
