asherman s syndrome is a gynecological dis order in w/c affected females a gradual increase in menstrual flow,increased cramping and abdominal pain,eventual cessation of menstrual cycles 9ammenorrhea and infertility,in females with the dis order,such symptoms and finding occur due to inflamation of the lining of the uterus(endometriosis)and development of bands scar tissue abnormally joining portions of uterus(intra uterine adhesions and synechiae)endrometrial scarring and intra uterine adhesions may occur due to surgical scraping or cleaning of tissue from the uterine wall (dilatation and curettage D . and C ),INFECTIONS OF THE ENDOMETRIUM

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
