Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Dr. Fazeel it does seem that it would be very easy to allow images and text or attachments in the messages. However, that also allows computer viruses and worms to be attached, a disaster for all of us. In addition, it does not allow the images and cases to be brought together on a web page for easy browsing. See: http://www.obgyn.net/us/us.asp?page=cotm I hope this answer is satisfactory. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
