Hi,
Found out that for about $17,000 cash - $12000 hosp and 4700 MD for
outside FL can consider for laser at St. Joseph (A Franciscan order), or
for RCT @ Cincinatti or send to Brown who will fight with MA, that
participated in the first RCT, or get medicaid authorization letter and
send to Arias @ Toledo.
