The report prepared by leading human rights and womens rights organisations also suggests implementation of a Pre-Natal Diagnostic Procedure Act, to prevent rampant female feoticides in the Capital. The report would be presented to the Chief Minister. According to the data, about 1,710 clinics with ultrasound machines were registered here. However, the figure dosent compare to only 44 ultrasound machines registered with the government, the report says. http://cities.expressindia.com/fullstory.php?newsid=115398 -- art fougner, md "If you don't know where you are going, you will wind up somewhere else."
