No free scans from my ultrasound practice. The obstetricians will sometimes
use a small old portable machine for a quick look. They do not charge and do
not do a real prenatal examination.
I suppose some practices that charge a global obstetrical fee include the
ultrasounds in that global fee. We do not do it that way.
