Re: JAMA articleFrom: Dave Berck (djberck@yahoo.com)Thu Jan 13 15:15:02 2005
Has anyone seen a case of a patient having a keepsake ultrasound at the mall and then not having a diagnostic ultrasound? This seems farfetched to me. Those willing to shell out cash for a mall scan are probably going to show up for the free one at the doctor's office. --- "DuBose, Terry" <DuboseTerryJ@uams.edu> wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
