Dear Tuncay, Usually techa-lutein cysts resolve spontaneously. Just follow up the case. However, last year I had a patient with recurrent Cushing syndrome in pregnancy presenting with techa-lutein cysts. She had also the symptoms of diabetes, severe hirsutism, and severe hypertension. The MRI of her adrenals showed diffuse noduler hyperplasia . Additional to the maternal problems, the fetus had severely IUGR, and fetus died at the end of the second trimester.

Best wishes,

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
