Rest till end of first trimester. If persist the cysts, they could be remove at about 20-22 weeks. Normally they disapears alone. L. The patient has a 10 weeks spontaneous pregnancy with bilateral (7cm and 10 cm) adnexial cysts, probably we thought they are techa lutein cysts. The patient has been complaining mild abdominal pain, without acute abdomen singns. There is no sign of molar pregnancy. What do you recommend. The patient asks for pregnancy termination.
