Techa lutein cystsFrom: Tuncay Özgün (mtozgun@yahoo.com)Wed Nov 3 13:06:32 2004
I would like to ask your opinion about a case. The patient has a 10 weeks spontaneous pregnancy with bilateral (7cm and 10 cm) adnexial cysts, probably we thought they are techa lutein cysts. The patient has been complaining mild abdominal pain, without acute abdomen singns. There is no sign of molar pregnancy. What do you recommend. The patient asks for pregnancy termination. Kindly regards
