Re: early fetal cardiac eco

I am anxious to see that video. I do lots of transvaginal scans at around 12
weeks for nuchal translucency, and it is amazing how well one can see the
fetal heart sometimes. In some cases (certainly not all) I feel I can see
the four chamber view and the outflow tracts, and can confirm with color
that the blood is flowing in the expected directions. When I report on a 12
week scan that the four chamber view and the outflow tracts are normal in
appearance, I suspect anyone reading the report (and sometimes I wonder if
anyone does read the reports) would think I am joking.
