Hi Larry-

great to see you, as always. The meeting in Scottsdale will probably be held March 3-4, 2005 but there is a chance it could be the week after. Your availability to help determine that- I'd love to see you here. I hope to all get Alfred, John, and perhaps Gianluigi Pilu to come. Any females or others you'd suggest? Deborah Levine gave some very nice talks at my Seattle meeting and I think she would be a nice addition.

thanks for sharing ideas on business and collaborative research. I'd like to contact your billing person and see if she is interested. Greg had already suggested her when he visited this year. He said he'd come and help get the clinic set up. I don't want to take him away from work for that- if I had to reimburse him for time away from his work I wouldn't be able to afford it. Of course, same goes for you. I would appreciate help from either of you but I also don't want to bother you. I think Viv would like to come back and visit with you and Greg, maybe sometime in July. Of course, I'd like to too, but I can't find anyone to cover the hospital for me.

Tell me what dates you're thinking about for London and I'll let you know my schedule. I don't have much planned for 2005 yet, but this fall is pretty busy.

Let's plan on getting together in a couple of weeks during the aium. Saturday would probably be the best day. The hotel is actually very close to our new house.

many thanks again

David

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
