Re: Nuchal CordFrom: Mário Libardi (mariolibardi@uol.com.br)Wed Feb 25 03:30:03 2004
My routine: True Nuchal Cord ( 2 or more loops) : I always report independent of the gestational age, as soon as the scan occurs. Simple Nuchal Cord ( incomplete loop) : Only report after 37 weeks. Before this GA, causes desnecessary anxiety and you may consider that it sometimes desappear alone.Reporting after 37 weeks, the delivery is so close and its easier to manage anxiety factors. But in both cases the law is: Always report !!! Congrats Mario Libardi Multimagem Ultra-sonografia Botucatu - Sao Paulo Brasil

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
