The case of Dr. Sarraf has surprised and puzzled more readers then any case I can remember. I guess that from now on, no one will be able to answer a multiple question test like: "Conjoined twins are always of the same sex Y/N." What is also quite remarkable was the number of non-medical visitors who provided a correct answer (or at least an answer in the list of possible answers). The next case by Dr. Sosa is a very straight-forward case, one of those "Aunt Minnie case" (for those familiar with the US Radiology jargon that means "ain't many differential diagnoses). Yet, the case is rare enough that many not be familiar with the condition and thus will know if thoroughly after. I would also like to thanks all those who have made recent contributions to the site: thanks so much !

Enjoy the new knowledge and challenge

Philippe

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
