Tom Thanks for your reply. The patient got an ultrasound two days ago, and there are findings of retained products. How much is not yet reported out. She sees the doctor in the next few days to find that out. At what point do we move out of conservative approach of A/B treatments, let mother nature takes it course to expel the retained products approach? One question I would ask next is can a D and C be performed under epidural anaesthetic? Has anyone heard of this option instead of a General? Thanks for replying Kind regards Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
