Hi Rich, looking in the blue book (Obstetrical Ultrasound by Jeanty & Romero Mac Graw Hill 1984) 7,1 cm for the FDL is the 50th%ile for 38 wks, and 31.1 cm is the 50%ile of the AC for 39 wks. This baby looks quite fine to me, the HC/AC ratio is almost 1. I'm sitting at home writing a talk on the settings of US machines, I wish Terry DuBose was here to help me.... or is there anything like a .ppt or a .dff on that issue ready on the net out there ? Next monday back in the office I'll try the numbers on my reporting application wich is PIA (Viewpoint). Have a nice weekend - Wolfgang

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
