hi doctor am a 27 year old female that was told by a doctor to take a ultra sound.so i did so.Results are as follows. USG PELVIS; URINARY BLADDER-IS DISTENDED NORMALLY.NO CALCULI/MASS LESIONS NOTED.UTERUS;MEASURES 7.2CMX4.9CMX3.9CM& IS ANTEVERTED WITH AN ENDOMETRIAL ECHO THICKNESS MEASURING 1.2CM EVIDENCE OF A 2.2CM HYPOECHOEIC FIBROID NOTED INTHE POSTERIOR MYOMETRIUM.OVARIES;RIGHT MEASURES 3.3C, LEFT 3.6.NO ADNEXAL MASSES NOTED.NO FREE FLUID NOTED IN THE POUCH OF DOUGLAS. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
