Dear Lissa, thanks for the response. To help educate those of us, who use sonography in women's health, could you give us a brief medical history? Generally we assume most cases of placental percreta are associated with endometrial scarring... had you a prior C-section, D&C, infection, etc? Please reply to Ultrasound@OBGYN.net. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
