Dear waynecot@ids.net, this is a self subscribe list. You can subscribe or unsubscribe as you please. If you want to unsubscribe go to the main Ultrasound Forum page on OBGYN.net and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find the links for subscribing, unsubscribing or changing your subscription.

This list is intended for medical professionals to discuss the use of sonography in women's health only. Unfortunately many non-professionals may ask personal medical questions. They are generally referred to the appropriate public Forum... Women's Health, Pregnancy & Birth, Breast Care, etc.

Hope this helps.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
