The physician That came to talk to her did MCA's. He got reversal of the flow. I asked him to see if it was repeatable or if it appeared to reflect the cardiac cycle. It just so happens this patient was a researcher in our physiology lab and noticed each time we saw the reversal she felt a hiccup...diaphragmatic..just like the notch. Thanks.
