Re: Ultrasound image uploadFrom: Jeanette Burlbaw (jburlbaw@kumc.edu)Sat Mar 15 19:59:17 2003
What is really interesting about this is Friday we had a growth restricted fetus. The physician That came to talk to her did MCA's. He got reversal of the flow. I asked him to see if it was repeatable or if it appeared to reflect the cardiac cycle. It just so happens this patient was a researcher in our physiology lab and noticed each time we saw the reversal she felt a hiccup...diaphragmatic..just like the notch. Thanks.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
