actively searching for nuchal cord remains controversial as evidenced by the abstract cited showing no clinical benefit. moreover the positive and negative predictive values have yet to be worked out. perhaps you could keep your own statistics with follow-up as to the accuracy of your observations. this would surely result in publication.

just my opinion - i could be wrong.
