actively searching for nuchal cord remains controversial as evidenced by the abstract cited showing no clinical benefit. moreover the positive and negative predictive values have yet to be worked out. perhaps you could keep your own statistics with follow-up as to the accuracy of your observations. this would surely result in publication. just my opinion - i could be wrong. art

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
