Dr. MegalaDevi We are lingering to see the outcome of Dr. Libardi's twins case. In the meantime I have seen your picture http://www.obgyn.net/us/us.asp?page=/us/present/0302/devi_doublebleb which is intriguing. The picture is not clear enough to me to give detailed sonoembryologic information. However, I could easily think that the "double bleb" is a yolk sac paired with a same size amnion sac containing a much smaller embryo typical of missed abortion. Regards Wolfgang
