Re: Double bleb signFrom: Wolfgang Moroder, MD (womorode@tin.it)Tue Feb 25 13:18:03 2003
Dr. MegalaDevi We are lingering to see the outcome of Dr. Libardi's twins case. In the meantime I have seen your picture http://www.obgyn.net/us/us.asp?page=/us/present/0302/devi_doublebleb which is intriguing. The picture is not clear enough to me to give detailed sonoembryologic information. However, I could easily think that the "double bleb" is a yolk sac paired with a same size amnion sac containing a much smaller embryo typical of missed abortion. Regards Wolfgang

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
