Re: a question from RussiaFrom: udayakumar (drudaya@vsnl.com)Tue Feb 25 10:46:49 2003
Dr.Galkin, What is the degree of hydronephrosis? Can you mention the pelvic seperation and the Antero-Posterior thickness of the Kidneys? Since it is Bilateral, was there bladder distension? Pelvic seperations less than 7mm have had no problems. We've had post natal followups in many such cases. On the other hand, coexistence of echogenic renal parenchyma with cysts ( dysplastic changes), would suggest that kidney is not salvageable. ..Udayakumar. INDIA "Terry J. DuBose" wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
