A c-section was performed on jan/6 for placenta abruptio on this patient. On 18th she started a monthly injectable contraception (Perlutan: a combination of estrogenel+progestine). She is complaining of dizzeness and irregular bleeding. On USTV she has this image on the fundus of the uterus. Physical exam is unremarkable. Any idea?
