I do not have anything on this subject, but it might help your investigation to know that here in the US we often call this an infantile uterus. This is a diagnosis that I have never considered making as a result of an ultrasound in an adult, but before the days of ultrasound, when we had to depend on bimanual exam, I did occasionally make this diagnosis simply because the uterus felt small.
