Re: Transposition of great vessels?From: Terry J. DuBose (duboseterryj@uams.edu)Mon Feb 3 09:38:24 2003
Dr., Borisova, sounds like there is a possibility of complete or partial transposition of the great vessels... also consider tetralogy of Fallot... check for a ventricular septal defect (VSD). Can you post an image or two, that would help with the discussion? To post go to: http://www.obgyn.net/us/us.asp?page=cotm#Informal and click on upload your case study.... follow the direction.s Good luck. Terry J DuBose, M.S., RDMS Little Rock, Arkansas USA

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
