24-week pregnant woman, Gr3P0, 27 y.o. On viewing fetal heart, great vessels were seen lying parallel to each other, heart chambers looked normal. Can we suggest the possibility of transposition of great vessels basing on this findings? What other US sins of this abnormality are known? What pt's chance that her baby really has this heart abnormality?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
